Good stay in Myeongdong

Centrally located between Myeongdong and Insadong. A little tucked away from the main shopping area so it’s less crowded. Great communication with staff.

Great with the exception of the outdoor noise and the cold draft from the windows.

The location is excellent and the staff are great!

We didn't like that our room was at the front part of the hotel which is across several hardware suppliers. The employees there start at 6AM everyday except Sunday. They make quite a noise especially the forklifts. Every time a fork lift would back up it would play the tune "fur elise". It was very annoying. Also, there was quite the draft coming from the windows. Our daughter was always cold as her bed was by the window even though the room temperature was already 23C.

I will not recommend this Hotel to any friends or relatives if they will to visit Korea.

The hotel is located at the industrial area where is very noisy.. they started work as early as 4am in the morning. There is a Pub just under the Hotel where the Party goer will yell n shout loudly even in the middle of 2am.

it was okay

i liked the location and room size

there was an incident where one of the cleaners accidentally took one of my shopping bags. when i went to reception to talk to staff about the situation no one was apologetic and kept insisting the bag taken was empty. i was certain the bag wasnt empty otherwise i wouldnt have gone through the trouble of trying to find it. a simple apology would have been fine and i would have understood it was an accident, but no one even tried to find a solution or apologised, which annoyed me more than the actual item which was misplaced.

It was ok considering the property is nearby the city and metro station

The bed a bit soft to my liking, the toilet was fine, the food was ok, there were something that we could eat (we are muslims) otherwise all mostly good.

The soft bed. The surrounding area (hotel situated behind the shop-lots and a little bit empty at night, so a little bit scary.

Location is excellent.

Location is excellent. Close to 2 metro lines and Myeongdong. Room is relatively big, and very clean.

The wall is so thin that you can hear clearly what next door is talking about.

Good location, close to Eujiro 3-ga station and shuttle bus...

Good location, close to Eujiro 3-ga station and shuttle bus to Incheon airport. The bed is comfortable.

First night i stay the double room, the TV doesn't work at all. The tap water was not hot enough. At around 2:00 am, there are some other home guests playing outside the corridor, giggling, banking the doors and talking loudly which really annoying. But no hotel staff realized that happened at the 2nd floor. >< The 2nd day we were in triple room which the master lighting can not switch off that whole night with the lights on during sleep. >< Lastly, we recognized that there a man brief under the bed (OMG! Scream). That's mean the housekeeping services does not do thoroughly cleaning the room.

The hotel is really near Eulji-ro subway exit. But at the same time the hotel can be quite difficult to find since it is surrounded by taller buildings and it is not located by the road side.
